Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Patrol Driver in Winchester, KY. The role offers fixed shifts with an option to pick up extra shifts through our scheduling platform to increase earnings.

Pay rate is $15.50 per hour with a six‑month anchor shift commitment. You’ll perform security duties, monitor access, patrol facilities, and respond to incidents while maintaining safety and compliance across site procedures.

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of utility facilities, grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access to restricted areas, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain accurate activity, incident, and patrol documentation.
• Report security‑related concerns, maintenance hazards, suspicious activity, and policy violations to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.


• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.
