Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of law enforcement experience or 2 years of security supervisor/manager experience or 3 years of general security experience.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential buildings, common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations, documenting observations and reporting concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site policies, helping to maintain an orderly environment for residents and guests.
• Respond to incidents, resident-related concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate site personnel and/or emergency services when needed.
• Complete required activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Patrol in Fountain Hill, PA, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking‑up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour

Candidates must meet at least one of the following criteria to be considered for employment:

• Option 1: A minimum of 1 year of law enforcement experience.
• Option 2: A minimum of 2 years of security supervisor or manager experience.
• Option 3: A minimum of 3 years of general security experience (C108).

Job Schedule:

• Sat: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Sun: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.
