Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Patrol in Eastvale, CA to provide reliable security and exceptional service at a logistics and distribution site. You will perform posted shifts, patrol duties, access control, and incident response, while maintaining detailed logs and clear communication with the team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees at a logistics and distribution location following security procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, and perimeters.
• Monitor access and verify credentials, directing individuals per site procedures.

As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Patrol in Eastvale, CA, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking‑up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $19.73 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTime Sun 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim‑A‑Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and/or employees at a logistics and distribution location by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, access points, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security‑related concerns.
• Monitor access to the location by observing visitor, contractor, and delivery activity; verify credentials and direct individuals according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift handoff communications in accordance with site‑specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
