Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is hiring a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Mobile Patrol Driver in Denton, TX. This role provides reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility to earn more by picking up additional shifts.

Pay rate is $17.00 per hour with Anchor Shifts and the Earn More, Claim-A-Shift program, enabling you to work extra shifts across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Loss prevention experience preferred.
• Age 18+ (unarmed) / 21+ (armed).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and store associates by carrying out security-related procedures and appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, suspicious activity, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points and observe conditions, reporting security concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and promptly in accordance with site procedures.

As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Mobile Patrol Driver in Denton, TX, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking-up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeThur04:30 PM - 11:30 PM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and store associates by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, suspicious activity, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe conditions throughout the location, reporting security-related concerns, hazards, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and promptly in accordance with site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
