Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Mobile Patrol in Lubbock, TX. This role offers fixed anchor shifts with six-month commitment and opportunities to pick up extra shifts through our scheduling platform.

Pay rate is $17.25 per hour with weekly pay. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, and includes duties such as door control, patrols, and incident response to support secure operations at a logistics site.

• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, delivery-related issues, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, trailer yards, parking areas, and the business perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for personnel, visitors, vendors, and/or delivery drivers in accordance with site procedures.
• Document observations, incidents, and irregular conditions, and promptly report security-related concerns to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Mobile Patrol in Lubbock, TX, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking‑up additional shifts when it works for you.

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
