Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer – Part Time Enhanced in Memphis, TN. This role offers fixed anchor shifts at a hospital site with optional extra shifts through a scheduling platform to increase earnings.

You will provide patient and staff safety, respond to emergencies, and conduct routine patrols while following hospital policies. Eligible candidates should meet hospital vaccination requirements, be at least 18, and have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifikationen

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Must meet hospital vaccination requirements.
• Must be able to work in and around a hospital morgue.
• Must be able to restrain individuals.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner while following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directions and escorts as assigned, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, and/or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare accurate incident reports and maintain clear communication with facility staff, Allied Universal leadership, and emergency responders as needed.

As a Security Officer Part Time Hospital Patrol in Memphis, TN, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking‑up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate:

$17.91 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Tue – 03:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Wed – 03:00 PM - 10:00 PM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you.
