Allied Universal in Dallas, TX is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Dispatch Call Intake to provide dependable, flexible coverage at a designated site and to contribute to a safe, secure environment for employees and visitors.

With anchor shifts and the Earn More, Claim-A-Shift program, you can pick up extra hours across multiple sites, aiming toward a full-time schedule up to 40 hours per week, while earning competitive pay of $18.57 per hour.

Qualifications

• At least two years of security-related experience.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures and dispatch-related protocols at a technology infrastructure location.
• Receive, prioritize, document, and dispatch security-related calls, service requests, alarms, and incidents to appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
• Monitor communications systems, access activity, cameras, alarms, and/or other site systems; escalate unusual conditions according to established procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating communications with onsite personnel and emergency responders as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, dispatch records, and shift handoff information in accordance with site-specific policies.

As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Dispatch Call Intake in Dallas, TX, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking-up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $18.57 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Friday: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

How This Role Works

• Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It's all up to you.

Minimum Requirements

• Possess at least two years of security-related experience.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
