Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Audit in Loxahatchee, FL. This role offers fixed anchor shifts with the option to pick additional shifts through our scheduling platform, enabling you to supplement income while building experience in residential community security.

You will provide access control, monitor entry points, and respond calmly to incidents, maintaining accurate records and collaborating with site contacts to ensure safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• At least one year of security‑related experience is required.
• Comfortable use of a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21+ years of age for role.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• A background investigation may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and/or visitors by carrying out access control procedures and site policies.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for individuals and vehicles entering the residential community.
• Maintain accurate visitor, vendor, and vehicle entry records and communicate access-related information to site contacts.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting and reporting security-related concerns.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of community access areas, common areas, and perimeter locations.

As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Audit in Loxahatchee, FL, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking‑up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $19.57 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeSun04:00 PM - 12:00 AM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

• Monitor access points and verify authorization for individuals and vehicles entering the residential community in accordance with established procedures.
• Maintain accurate visitor, vendor, and vehicle entry records and communicate access‑related information to appropriate site contacts.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting and reporting security‑related concerns according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of community access areas, common areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security‑related experience is required.
• Comfortable use of a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is requirred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21+ years of age for role.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
