Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer – Enhanced Part Time Asset Protection Patrol in White Haven, PA. The role offers fixed shifts with the option to pick up additional shifts through our scheduling platform, helping you increase earnings while gaining experience across multiple sites.

Position pays $17.50 per hour with a DayTimeSun 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM schedule. This part-time role provides income stability and opportunities to scale to a full-time schedule up to 40 hours per week,

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background investigation will be conducted in line with federal, state, and local laws.
• A drug screen is required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by following security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly and notify site contacts or emergency services as directed.
• Conduct regular patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor/drivers activity according to site procedures and direct individuals as needed.
• Complete daily activity and incident reports accurately and timely.

Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Asset Protection Patrol in White Haven, PA, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking‑up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $17.50 / Hour

Job Schedule: DayTimeSun07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and/or employees by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency services as directed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, entrances, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security‑related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor, driver, and delivery activity in accordance with site procedures; assist with directing individuals to appropriate areas of the location.
• Complete required daily activity reports, incident reports, and shift documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
