Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer – Part Time Enhanced in White Haven, PA. This role offers fixed anchor shifts with the option to pick up additional shifts across sites, promoting income stability and hands-on security experience.

The position includes a six-month anchor shift commitment, with the possibility to scale to up to 40 hours per week and flexible earning through the Earn More, Claim-A-Shift program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Background check as per federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Valid driver's license for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, trailer yards, and the facility perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor, employee, and delivery activity in accordance with site-specific procedures, helping to deter unauthorized entry.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately and promptly, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Patrol Deterrence in White Haven, PA, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking‑up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $17.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Sun 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
