Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer – Enhanced Part Time Asset Protection Analyst in Beverly Hills, CA. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background check and drug screen required by policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and store personnel by executing security procedures and responding to incidents.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor and vendor entry while maintaining a welcoming environment.
• Respond to incidents and concerns calmly, escalating per site protocols.
• Conduct regular patrols of sales areas, stockrooms, entrances, and perimeter to identify unusual activity.
• Document observations and communicate information to Allied Universal leadership.

As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Asset Protection Analyst in Beverly Hills, CA, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking‑up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $23.65 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Thur 10:00 AM - 07:00 PM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and store personnel by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor access points, assist with visitor and vendor entry procedures, and help maintain a professional, welcoming environment within a luxury retail location.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, escalating matters according to site‑specific protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of sales areas, stockrooms, entrances, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify unusual activity or conditions.
• Document observations, incidents, and daily activities accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
