Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer – Enhanced Part Time at Breinigsville, PA. Responsibilities include delivering customer service to staff and visitors, monitoring access, maintaining records, responding to incidents, and conducting patrols to deter unauthorized access.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Valid driver’s license for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor and control access to the site, verifying visitor, contractor, and delivery credentials in accordance with site procedures.
• Maintain accurate visitor, contractor, vehicle, and delivery records while communicating access concerns to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Respond to access-related incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of designated facility areas, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized access and identify security-related concerns.

As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Access Coordination in Breinigsville, PA, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking‑up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $15.25 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Sat 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Sun 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor and control access to the food and beverage production and distribution location, verifying visitor, contractor, and delivery credentials in accordance with site procedures.
• Maintain accurate visitor, contractor, vehicle, and delivery records while communicating access concerns to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Respond to access‑related incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of designated facility areas, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized access and identify security‑related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• At this site, there are limited on‑site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
