As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Access Operations in Breinigsville, PA, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking-up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $15.25 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Sunday: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

How This Role Works

• Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It's all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, delivery drivers, and contractors by carrying out site‑specific access‑control procedures and security‑related policies at a food and beverage production location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, maintain access logs, and direct authorized individuals to appropriate areas.
• Screen and document deliveries and contractor arrivals in accordance with site procedures, helping to control access to production, storage, and loading areas.
• Respond to access‑related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following established emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, business areas, and the perimeter to identify and report unusual activity, access concerns, and security‑related conditions.

Minimum Requirements

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• At this site there are limited on‑site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
