Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.

• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements subject to state/local laws; may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies, and assist with emergency response activities where applicable.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor credentials, maintain visitor logs, and communicate site entry requirements.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and document details.
• Conduct regular patrols of the facility, perimeter, and critical spaces to identify and report unusual conditions.
• Complete accurate reports and communicate observations to site contacts and leadership.

As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Security Administration in Breinigsville, PA, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking‑up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Sat 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a technology, media, and telecommunications location.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor credentials, maintain visitor logs, and communicate site entry requirements in accordance with established procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting relevant details.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, perimeter, access areas, and critical infrastructure spaces to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Complete accurate reports, maintain daily activity records, and communicate observations and concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
