Allied Universal in Topton, PA seeks a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Access Control Driver Reconciliation to provide reliable, compliant security at a designated site with flexible hours.

This role emphasizes customer service, access control, and incident response, with a base anchor shift and optional extra shifts through the Earn More program, supporting a career path toward full-time opportunities.

Formación

• Minimum one year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license in the state where the job is located.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor and control access to manufacturing and industrial facilities by verifying identification, credentials, visitor authorization, and contractor check-in requirements.
• Maintain accurate visitor, contractor, and vehicle access records and communicate access concerns or unusual activity to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Respond to incidents, access-control alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, exterior areas, parking locations, and perimeter access points to help deter unauthorized access.

As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Access Control Driver Reconciliation in Topton, PA, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking‑up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

• Security Experience:
  • Candidates must possess a minimum of one year of relevant security experience. This experience should be documented and verifiable.
• Valid Driver's License:
  • Applicants must hold a valid driver’s license in the state where the job is located. A copy of the driver’s license will be required during the hiring process.
• Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet:
• Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in using computers or tablets for daily tasks and communication.
• Customer Service Experience:
• Previous experience in customer service roles is advantageous and will be taken into consideration during the selection process.

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.
