As an Unarmed Security Officer in a healthcare setting, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. This driving position requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a healthcare technology location.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain accurate visitor and access-related records in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate site contacts and/or emergency services as directed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activity clearly and promptly, following Allied Universal and site reporting requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess an EMT certification.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
