Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients at a financial services location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and maintain accurate logs and incident documentation.
• Communicate professionally with employees, visitors, and emergency responders, escalating security-related concerns to appropriate personnel.

As a Security Officer Full Time CPR Preparedness in Westlake, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Security Officer supporting a financial institution location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents. You will support access control, assist visitors and employees, document security-related activity, and provide professional customer service. What You'll Do:
