Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Computer Reporting in Westlake, TX to safeguard clients in financial settings. You will monitor areas, patrol, deter incidents, and provide professional customer service.

The role requires a minimum 6 months of security experience, ability to use a computer or tablet, and a high school diploma. The schedule includes day and evening shifts with a $19.00 hourly rate.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities in a financial institution setting.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of business areas, entry points, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor and employee credentials as required, and maintain accurate logs and incident documentation.
• Assist with maintaining an orderly professional environment by communicating clearly with employees, visitors, vendors, and emergency responders.

As a Security Officer Full Time Computer Reporting in Westlake, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Security Officer supporting a financial institution location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, help to deter incidents, and provide professional customer service and communication. You will use sound judgment, maintain a visible presence, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors.
