Allied Universal® in Cheyney, PA is seeking a Part Time Unarmed Patrol Tablet Reporting Security Officer. You will provide campus security, respond to incidents, and maintain clear reporting while keeping a visible presence for students and staff.

Qualificações

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, visitors, and campus partners while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, campus concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of campus buildings, academic areas, residence hall exteriors, parking areas, walkways, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe campus activity for unusual conditions, reporting security-related concerns, maintenance issues, and policy violations to the appropriate personnel.
• Complete required activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation accurately and promptly.
