Job summary

Allied Universal® in Orlando, FL seeks a Security Officer Driver Patrol to safeguard clients and support a welcoming, secure environment at financial institutions and other sites.

You will conduct unarmed patrols, monitor access, and respond to incidents while delivering exceptional customer service in line with Allied Universal’s values of reliability, teamwork, and care.

Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.

As a Security Officer Driver Patrol Field Observation in Orlando, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. This driving post requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Pay Rate: $18.57 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon 10:00 PM - 06:30 AM
• Tue 10:00 PM - 06:30 AM
• Wed 10:00 PM - 06:30 AM
• Thur 10:00 PM - 06:30 AM
• Sun 10:00 PM - 06:30 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor and/or contractor logs in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document activities as required.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and the business perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports for incidents, observations, and daily activities, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
