Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of security-related experience.
• Valid driver’s license required per policy.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Must be at least 18 (unarmed) / 21+ (armed); high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a technology-focused corporate location by carrying out site-specific security procedures and emergency responses.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations calmly, following established reporting and escalation protocols.
• Conduct routine and random foot and vehicle patrols of the facility, parking areas, and building perimeter to identify unusual activity.
• Monitor access points and support visitor and contractor entry procedures per site requirements.
• Document observations and incidents accurately and communicate information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer supporting a dynamic technology-focused location, you will drive to conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and report observations. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while contributing to a welcoming environment. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $18.96 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Wed: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Fri: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors at a technology-focused corporate location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation protocols.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of the facility, parking areas, building perimeter, and other assigned locations to help identify unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and support visitor and contractor entry procedures in accordance with site-specific requirements.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
