Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, patients, visitors, and staff at a healthcare location.
• Monitor and coordinate dispatch communications for security-related officers, requests for assistance, alarms, incidents, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating information to appropriate site contacts and emergency services as needed.
• Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident records, activity reports, and communications documentation.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of designated areas around the facility and perimeter, reporting unusual conditions and deterring unauthorized activity.
