Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, visitors and delivery personnel by enforcing access-control procedures.
• Monitor entry points, verify credentials and direct authorized individuals per location rules.
• Respond calmly to access-control concerns and incidents following established protocols.
• Conduct regular patrols of entry points and surrounding areas to identify unauthorized access.
• Document observations and completed activities for site records.
