Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Driver Badge Verification in Nashville, TN. You will patrol a premier commercial real estate location, verify visitor credentials, and provide exceptional customer service to tenants and guests.

Qualifications

• At least two years of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, staff, and guests by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location supporting a professional sports organization.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the building, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access to designated areas, verify visitor credentials as directed by site procedures, and report unusual activity or access issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and contacting emergency services when appropriate.
• Prepare clear, accurate activity reports and communicate security-related observations, incidents, and maintenance concerns to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

As a Security Officer Driver Badge Verification in Nashville, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Officer at a premier commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, monitor access points, and provide exceptional customer service. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy. Pay Rate: $19.50 / Hour

• Mon 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Tue 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

• Thur 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Sun 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Minimum Requirements:

• At least two years of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
