• Monitor site access by verifying credentials, documenting visitors, and reporting irregularities.
• Observe site conditions for hazards or policy violations and communicate findings to site personnel.

Pay Rate: $16.76 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Sat: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Sun: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, access points, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, documenting visitor and contractor activity, and reporting irregularities.
• Observe site conditions for potential hazards, equipment concerns, or policy violations and promptly communicate findings to appropriate site personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Have access control and badge experience preferred.
• Hold CPR certification preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
