Allied Universal in Lebanon, IN is seeking a Security Officer Driver Arrival Control to safeguard tenants and visitors at a commercial real estate site. Qualifications

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, issue visitor passes, and maintain accurate entry and exit records.
• Respond to access control alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the property, including entrances, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Communicate clearly with building occupants and visitors and document incidents and security-related activities.

As a Security Officer Driver Arrival Control in Lebanon, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Access Control professional at a commercial real estate location, you will help manage visitor entry, monitor access points, conduct routine patrols, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. This driving post requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, issue visitor passes, and maintain accurate entry and exit records in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to access control alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through established reporting channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the commercial property, including building entrances, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to identify and report security-related concerns.
• Support a professional workplace environment by communicating clearly with building occupants and visitors and documenting incidents, observations, and security-related activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
