DSI Security Services in Downtown Houston is hiring Security Officers to maintain a safe environment for clients, employees, and the public. This role requires professionalism, attentiveness, and a strong commitment to safety and customer service.

As a Security Officer, you will perform patrols, observe and report hazards, follow client instructions, and complete reports in a timely manner while engaging professionally with clients and the public on site.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Driver’s license preferred.
• Reliable transportation and communication.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to conduct routine foot patrols and work in all weather conditions.
• Must meet all preemployment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment through visible presence and routine patrols.
• Observe, report, and respond to hazards, incidents, and suspicious activity.
• Follow DSI policies, client requirements, and post-specific instructions.
• Interact professionally with clients, visitors, employees, and the public.
• Complete required reports and documentation accurately and timely.
• Participate in training and comply with DSI safety procedures and manuals.
