Qualifications

• Active DoD Top Secret Clearance.
• 1+ years armed security-related experience.
• DoD/LE licensing requirements may apply.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Background check and drug screening as required by law.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and guests at a technology, media, and telecommunications site.
• Greet visitors, verify identification and access, issue credentials, and direct guests per site procedures.
• Monitor access points and security systems from a front desk post; report unusual activity and policy violations.
• Respond to incidents calmly and escalate to appropriate personnel or responders as needed.
• Maintain accurate visitor, credential, incident, and shift documentation; communicate professionally with staff and leadership.
