Job summary

Allied Universal in Manassas, VA is seeking an Armed Security Guard with DoD Secret Clearance to protect our technology and telecommunications locations. You will patrol, monitor access, deter incidents and respond to security concerns with professional customer service.

This full-time role requires an armed guard card, DoD clearance, and compliance with site policies. You will work daytime and overnight shifts and join a team dedicated to safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• Possess an armed guard card or license.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and enforce site policies during security procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations calmly.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of buildings, data infrastructure areas, parking facilities, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials per site policies.
• Prepare reports for patrols, incidents, and security activities per procedures.
