Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Distribution Center Patrol in Frederick, MD. This part-time role involves unarmed patrols, customer service, and safeguarding clients across multiple industries at a financial services location.

You'll monitor access points, respond to incidents, and maintain a visible presence to deter security threats. Schedule includes night shifts with defined hours, and the role offers flexible shift options through our Claim a Shift platform.

Formación

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background investigation, drug screen, and licensing as applicable.
• A valid driver’s license may be required for driving positions.

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry in accordance with site-specific procedures at a financial services location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report unusual conditions, access concerns, and potential policy violations to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
