• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of interiors, exteriors, parking, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and maintain orderly environments.
• Complete activity logs and shift communications per site requirements.

As an Unarmed Security Officer supporting financial institution and commercial real estate locations, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and assist visitors, employees, and tenants with exceptional customer service. You will communicate observations, respond professionally to security-related concerns, and represent Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, people-first culture with integrity and teamwork.

• Tue 06:00 PM - 12:00 AM

What You’ll Do

• Provide customer service to tenants, employees, visitors, and banking-location personnel while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, banking areas, and perimeter locations; report unusual conditions and maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and assist with maintaining an orderly environment.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
