• Monitor access to the property, observe visitor and contractor activity, and assist with access-control procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and document observations and notify appropriate personnel or emergency responders.
• Complete daily activity reports and incident documentation, and maintain a professional presence during shifts.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or property management personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial property buildings, parking areas, common areas, access points, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access to the property, observe visitor and contractor activity, and assist with access-control procedures in accordance with site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate personnel or emergency responders as needed.
• Complete daily activity reports and incident documentation, communicate relevant information during shift transitions, and maintain a professional presence throughout the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
