Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Digital Incident Reporting in Fremont, CA. You will monitor and patrol automotive locations, maintain a visible presence to deter incidents, and support access control while delivering professional customer service.

This full-time role pays $22.52 per hour with a day schedule; duties include reporting incidents, documenting outcomes, and coordinating with site leadership to keep operations safe.

Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout automotive manufacturing, production, and perimeter areas, as permitted by site procedures.
• Monitor access points, verify authorized entry, and report unusual activity or policy concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Support a professional environment by documenting incidents, completing required reports, and communicating clearly with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
