• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage production location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access to the location, verify visitor and contractor entry requirements, and maintain accurate logs and incident documentation.
• Communicate observations, incidents, and maintenance concerns to site leadership and Allied Universal management in a timely manner.

As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Inspection in Wilson, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $14.35 / Hour

Job Schedule: Mon 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM; Tue 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM; Wed 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM; Thur 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM; Fri 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM.

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
