Job summary

GardaWorld Security is seeking an experienced Concierge Security Officer in Sparks, NV. You will deliver exceptional customer service, manage access control, and monitor activity across multiple sites. The role features set full-time day and grave shifts with 12-hour rotations.

Earn $23.63 per hour and enjoy benefits, paid holidays, retirement plan, and professional growth opportunities. Uniform is provided and training is available to obtain CPR/AED/FIRST AID and PILB certification.

Qualifications

• US work authorization required.
• High school education or GED.
• Valid PILB license.
• Valid driver's license.
• CPR/AED/FIRST AID certification within 7 days of offer.
• Strong customer service and people skills.
• At least 1 year of security experience; law enforcement or military experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

As a Security Officer – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

• Location: Sparks, NV
• Set Schedule: Full-Time Day & Grave, 12-hour shifts available (See schedule details below). Shift 1: Grave: 7:45pm-8:15am: Wednesday-Saturday.
• Shift 2: Day: 7:45am-8:15pm: Wednesday-Saturday.
• Shift 3: Day: 7:45am-8:15pm: Sunday-Wednesday.
• Competitive hourly wage of $23.63 / hour (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)

Responsibilities of a Concierge Security Guard

• Excellent customer service is always your top priority.
• You observe, survey the area, and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.
• You provide rapid response in critical situations.
• You’re good with reading and writing detailed reports.
• You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards.
• Lobby - you provide critical access control and order in the lobby area by checking identification of employees, vendors, customers, and other visitors. Plus, keeping area clear of foot traffic and prevention of other hazards in the area.

Qualifications For Concierge Security Guard

• You are authorized to work in the US.
• You have a high school education or equivalent (GED) in hand.
• You have a valid PILB in hand.
• You have a valid driver's license.
• You have or can obtain CPR/AED/FIRST AID Certification within 7 days of an offer.
• You have superior people skills.
• You have at least 1 year of Security experience. If you have Law Enforcement or Military experience; even better!
• You have strong work ethic!
