GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Concierge Security Officer in Richardson, TX. The role emphasizes customer service while welcoming visitors, verifying identities, and guiding people throughout the building.

Responsibilities include access control, patrols, incident reporting, and coordination with emergency teams. Requires work authorization in the U.S., a state driver’s license, and basic computer skills; uniform provided and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Patrol with a company golf cart, securing the interior/exterior of the building.
• Must have computer skills.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• a state drivers license is required

As a Security Officer – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.
