Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Customer Service Computer Patrol in Goodyear, AZ. You will serve clients, conduct patrols, monitor access points, and provide exceptional customer service while maintaining security procedures.

The role offers full-time hours with a pay rate of $23.00 per hour. A background check and drug screening are part of the employment process, and a guard card/license is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, documenting observations.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures.
• Communicate clearly with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership.
