Job summary

Titan Security Group is seeking trained Security Officers for on-site roles in Milwaukee, WI. The position entails delivering customer service at the front desk, controlling access for tenants and visitors, and conducting regular patrols to ensure safety across properties.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, pass background checks, and be capable of lifting 50+ lbs and performing foot patrols in various weather conditions. Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all parties on duty.
• Maintain clear, accurate front desk logs for people and property, including packages.
• Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors as required.
• Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies, and record data for management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty, including assisting with directions and general business information
• Maintain clear, accurate administrative logs at front desk pertaining to people or property including packages.
• Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors as required
• Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment
• Respond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record data on incidents for building and Titan Security management
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications of Security Officers

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Able to meet physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 50+ lbs, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, working in inclement weather
• Must have an Active Wisconsin Private Security License
• MUST HAVE Drivers license and clean MVR

Preferred Qualifications of Security Officers

• 1 year experience as a security officer or in a customer service, retail, hotel or restaurant position.
• Bi-lingual considered a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software

• $18.00 - $20.00 / hour based on experience and site
