Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and drivers by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access control policies, and emergency response activities at a food production location.
• Monitor and control access at entry points by verifying credentials, issuing visitor and contractor passes, maintaining entry records, and directing authorized personnel to appropriate areas.
• Help maintain compliance with site access requirements by screening deliveries and vehicles as directed, documenting activity, and reporting unusual conditions or unauthorized access attempts.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and contacting appropriate personnel when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, parking areas, exterior perimeters, and designated facility areas; working environments and conditions may vary by location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
