Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, visitors, and/or delivery personnel by carrying out site‑specific security‑related procedures, access policies, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Monitor and control access points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, issue and collect visitor passes, and maintain accurate access‑related logs and records.
• Respond to access‑related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, production‑adjacent areas, parking areas, and the business perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and report unusual conditions.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership regarding incidents, policy concerns, and/or access‑control needs.
