Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Credential Lifecycle in Gardner, Kansas, to monitor access points, verify credentials, and deliver exceptional customer service at a manufacturing site.

Responsibilities include managing badges, patrolling, responding to incidents, and maintaining secure access while supporting a welcoming environment. This full-time position offers a consistent night shift schedule and opportunities for growth within a large security organization.

Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

• Monitor access control systems, verify credentials and authorization, issue visitor and contractor badges, and maintain accurate access-related records.
• Control entry and exit points for personnel, vehicles, materials, and deliveries in accordance with established site procedures.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through appropriate channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of facility access points, business areas, and the perimeter to help identify unauthorized activity and report security-related concerns.
