Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Credential Review Analyst in Fremont, CA. You will monitor access, verify credentials, and provide customer service at a dynamic automotive location, while supporting security operations and incident response.

Job Description

As a Security Officer Credential Review Analyst in Fremont, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. As a Security Officer supporting a dynamic automotive location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, help deter incidents, manage access control, and maintain a visible presence. You will provide outstanding customer service and clear communication while supporting a professional environment. Pay Rate: $22.52 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at an automotive manufacturing location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and assist with visitor, contractor, and delivery check-in processes.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, promptly reporting observations and concerns through established procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of manufacturing, parking, shipping, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and other required documentation while communicating professionally with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
