Security Officer – Credential Control (Part‑Time) – Phoenix, AZ

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $20.50 / Hour

Job Schedule: Saturday 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM, Sunday 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM

What You’ll Do

• Provide customer service by executing security-related procedures, site‑specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, using a problem‑solving approach.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, adapting to varying working environments and conditions.

Minimum Requirements

• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Experience with access control and badges is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high‑school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal considers qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment by state or local laws.
• A valid driver’s license is required only for driving positions.
