Allied Universal in Richardson, TX, is hiring a Security Officer CPR Preparedness. You will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to deter incidents, and support access control while delivering exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, and employees.

This full-time role pays $18.07 per hour with a rotating schedule, and offers training and growth opportunities along with benefits through Allied Universal's programs.

Qualifications

• CPR certification preferred and site-specific policies followed.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Guard card or security license preferred where applicable.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet for reporting.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by following security procedures and policies.
• Respond to incidents calmly and coordinate with site contacts and emergency personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the location and perimeter.
• Monitor access control, visitor activity, and alarm notifications; document observations.
• Complete incident reports, logs, and handoffs maintaining a professional environment.
