Securitas USA is seeking professional Security Officers for a secure corporate environment in Orangeburg, NY. Responsibilities include controlling access with C-Cure, processing site tickets, biometric badge updates, CCTV monitoring, and providing top-notch customer service to employees and visitors.

The role requires vigilance, strong communication, and the ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays. Prior security experience and a NYS Guard license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid New York State Security Guard License required.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent education.
• Experience in customer service and security operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to the facility.
• Operate C-Cure access control to open doors and issue badges.
• Read and process tickets with D-Boss/Site Pass for site access.
• Update fingerprints in BioConnect for biometric readers.
• Monitor CCTV and respond to suspicious activity.
• Ensure visitors are checked in and authorized.
• Communicate with visitors via intercom and with team via radio.
• Prepare incident reports and provide professional service.
