Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is hiring Security Officers for Orangeburg, NY. The role focuses on protecting a secure corporate environment, controlling access, monitoring CCTV, and delivering professional customer service to employees and visitors.

Shifts include weekends and holidays as required; training on C-Cure, D-Boss/Site Pass, BioConnect, and Slack/Microsoft tools is provided to maintain a secure, compliant site.

Qualifications

• Valid New York State Security Guard License.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Experience in security preferred; customer-service oriented.
• Ability to learn access-control systems and security tech.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to the facility.
• Operate access-control systems and badge issuance.
• Read and process tickets authorizing site access.
• Update fingerprints and access data in biometric systems.
• Monitor CCTV and respond to unusual activity.
• Check-in visitors and authorize access.
• Communicate professionally with visitors using intercom and radio.
• Report incidents and assist with emergencies.
• Provide professional service to employees, visitors, and vendors.
