As a Security Officer Computer Assisted Patrol in Louisville, KY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic logistics and distribution location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, observe and report activity, and provide courteous communication to employees and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe the movement of personnel, visitors, and vehicles in accordance with site-specific policies.
• Document incidents, observations, and irregularities accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and/or emergency responders as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable use of a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
