As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors. You will conduct routine rounds, communicate clearly, and deliver exceptional customer service while working with a reliable, caring team that values integrity, agility, and innovation.

Pay Rate: $18.58 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeSat07:00 AM - 03:00 PMSun03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or property management personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, suspicious activity, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial property common areas, parking areas, building exteriors, entrances, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe building activity, reporting maintenance concerns, hazards, and unusual conditions to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare accurate incident reports, daily activity logs, and patrol documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
