Job summary

Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Monitoring in Stockton, CA. You will monitor facilities, deter incidents, and deliver excellent customer service to students, staff, and visitors.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established campus protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of educational facilities, grounds, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, provide directions and information, and report access-control concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and/or emergency responders.

• Wed: 07:30 AM - 04:30 PM
• Thur: 07:30 AM - 04:30 PM
• Fri: 07:30 AM - 05:00 PM

What You'll Do:
