Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at an aerospace and defense location by carrying out site‑specific procedures and security‑related protocols.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following established emergency response activities and notification procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor access activity, verify credentials as directed, and report suspicious conditions, policy concerns, and maintenance issues to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain required activity logs while communicating professionally with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

As a Security Officer Security Clearance Patrol Reporting in Huntsville, AL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a dynamic aerospace and defense location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, monitor assigned areas, and provide professional customer service and communication. What You'll Do

Minimum Requirements

• At least 6 months of security‑related experience is required.
• An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
